Financing Your Vehicle at CMP Auto

The way that automotive customers in Calgary, AB finance their automobiles has changed quite a bit over the course of the last several years, and we mean that in the best way possible. It used to be that buyers had to get pre-approval for an auto loan from their bank or credit union in advance to their visit at our Chevy dealership in Calgary, but now you can walk right into CMP Auto and someone in our finance department can help you with funding in-house.

That doesn’t mean, of course, that customers shouldn’t do their due diligence before looking to buy a new Chevrolet Equinox or a used Chevy Silverado. We’ll find financing for you here, but in advance of the test drive, here are a few things you should do:

  • Check your budget. Go through your monthly expenses and try to get a sense of how much you can afford. There’s no point getting your heart set on a vehicle that won’t fit into your budget, plus this will help you determine whether you’ll want to buy a new or certified pre-owned vehicle.
  • Determine whether you want to buy or lease. There are pros and cons to both, and one of our finance specialists can break down the difference.
  • Research models within your budget online. We have loads of great Cadillac models in stock, both new and used, so do a little window shopping before heading into the building with an open checkbook.
  • Use our online payment calculator to estimate your monthly payments based on your targeted down payment, interest rate, and loan term.

If you need any help with this process, just reach out to CMP Auto and we’ll be happy to make financing easier than it ever has been!
